Returns Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website. If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition, All TAGS still Attached and is in its original, undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return Online

  1. Log into your TGSTORE account with your email address and password
  2. Select you order from your “Order History” and click view
  3. From the “Order Information” page – select the item you wish to return
  4. Complete the “Return a Product” page, and complete the “Additional Information” comments box
  5. Submit your return
  6. You will now receive a RMA returns number and instructions. Our Returns team will process the return and email you confirmation (usually 1 working day)
  7. Print out the email and package with your return item to the address below – You will be able to track the progress of your return on-line

How to Post Back to Us?

  1. Take your parcel with Returns Form enclosed to your nearest Post Office.
  2. Choose a suitable method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (you are advised to take out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning).
  3. Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

  5. Please Note: We are unable to reimburse any lost return items via the postal service or any postage incurred.

How to Cancel

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service Team via our Contact Us Page with the order number and your instruction to cancel.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at your cost.

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 7 days after we receive your notification.

Faulty Goods

Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturers warranty terms, all faulty items will be returned back to Gore Europe for assessment and repair where possible, this procedure can take 2/3 weeks (no substitute can be offered whilst the item is been assessed/repaired by Gore) – If a repair cannot be made a replacement item will be offered, if this is not acceptable then we can only offer a *credit note to the value of the original item purchased (*credit note given after 30 days of the original order date).

We cannot reimburse any returns postage costs, after 30 days of the original order date. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please Note...

  • All returns are evaluated before being processed.
  • Garments with any form of embellishment (printing / embroidery) cannot be returned.
  • Clothing will only be accepted back if it is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached.
  • Any new garments returned after without Tags or in a used condition – will be issued with a credit note, as the garment can no longer be sold as new. We reserve the right to provide a refund in this instance.
